Our "Say It" Contest!
Who can enter? High school students in grades 9 through 12 in the U.S.
How do you enter? Write a compelling letter telling why you need a copy of Say It to further your aspirations in school and life. Letters of your chosen length and style should be addressed to Mrs. Holly Gardner at Hollycake modest stationery.
To submit your letter: email it to holly@hollycakepress.com.
Format: The letters may be sent in the body of the email, as a word document attachment or as a jpeg scan of a handwritten note. Entrants wishing to mail their entry via U.S. Mail, please email holly@hollycakepress.com for the appropriate mailing address.
Requirements: Please no rude or false content. Good grammar and punctuation is a must.
All entries must include:
- Your Letter
- a "p.s." telling how you heard about the contest
- first and last name
- age
- school name
- mailing address
Judging Criteria: All entries will be judged based on the student’s compelling desire for improving their communication effectiveness and etiquette as a means for furthering their aspirations. Stories or examples are welcome. All decisions made by Hollycake are final. Contest ends February 28, 2010 or when supplies of Say It are exhausted, whichever comes first. All entries become the property of Hollycake and Hollycake reserves the right to post them on their website or blog.
